The Space
Located within the beautiful Residence Su Terrabinu, Dòmo a Palàttu is surrounded by greenery, free on three sides, and has no units above, ensuring maximum privacy and quiet.
The house accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds) plus the possibility of adding a crib for infants.
All bedrooms have windows with mosquito nets and blackout curtains, ensuring comfort and restful sleep in a peaceful atmosphere.
The House
We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including two wardrobes where you can store all your belongings.
The bathroom features a built-in masonry shower and a practical cabinet to keep your essentials neatly organized.
The living room includes an open-plan kitchen and a cozy relaxation area with a Smart TV and free, ultra-fast unlimited Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare any kind of meal, including a Nespresso coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, induction cooktop, and a large fridge to keep your groceries perfectly fresh.
The house is fitted with a latest-generation air conditioner (hot/cold) to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
You’ll also find a washing machine, safe, and many other useful amenities at your disposal.
The interiors feature locally handcrafted Sardinian pieces, adding a touch of authenticity and charm to the home’s decor.
The Terrace
The spacious terrace offers a stunning sea view, perfect for magical moments as a couple or with friends.
A comfortable outdoor sofa invites you to relax in the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the house.
With the outdoor curtains, you can enjoy as much privacy as you wish.
A covered private parking space is located right in front of the entrance and is free of charge.
For your convenience, we also provide beach chairs and an umbrella, available for guests to use.
Bed linen and towels are included for all guests.
Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the upper floor of the property.
The private parking space in front of the house is reserved exclusively for guests of Dòmo a Palàttu.

The Su Terrabinu Residence is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean vegetation, a peaceful and green setting just a few minutes from the center of Porto Rotondo and the most famous beaches of northern Sardinia.
A bus stop is conveniently located only 100 meters from the house, with connections to both Porto Rotondo and Olbia.
